Everything we make is produced to order, so a few things work a little differently from a regular store. Here is what to expect.

Returns and exchanges

Because every item is produced for your order, we do not accept returns or exchanges. This includes change of mind, sizing and colour preference. Please check the size guide and product details on each page before ordering, and reach out if you are unsure about fit.

Refunds

If something is wrong with what you received, we will make it right. Contact us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue. Refunds are approved for the problems that would normally warrant a return:

Misprints, print defects or missing artwork
Items damaged in production or in transit
Wrong item, size or colour received
Manufacturing faults such as seams, holes or hardware

Once your claim is reviewed and approved, you can choose a refund to your original payment method or a store coupon code for the same value. Normal wear, incorrect sizing chosen at checkout, minor colour or placement variance (see below) and claims made after 30 days are not covered. Full terms are in our Refund Policy.

Product variance

Product photos are for reference only. Because of small manufacturing variances and the printing methods we use, the item you receive may differ slightly from the picture in colour, print placement, texture or finish. These differences are a normal part of made-to-order production and are not considered defects.

Print placement, scale and position vary slightly from piece to piece.
Colours vary between screens; on-screen colour is a guide.
Measurements are taken flat and may vary by 1–2 cm depending on the manufacturing and measuring method.

Order changes and cancellations

Production starts soon after an order is placed, so we cannot guarantee changes or cancellations once it is submitted. If you need to update an address or size, contact us right away and we will do our best.
