Free shipping

Shipping is free on every order, to every destination we ship to. No minimums, no codes.

Production & delivery

Each piece is made to order, so please allow a few business days for production before your order ships. You will receive a confirmation email when your order is placed and a tracking link as soon as it leaves production. Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees.

Order changes

Production starts soon after an order is placed, so we cannot guarantee changes or cancellations once it is submitted. If you need to update an address or size, contact us right away and we will do our best. We are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect or incomplete address provided at checkout.

Duties and taxes

Any import duties, taxes or customs fees applied in the destination country are the responsibility of the recipient.

Customs and clearance information

Some countries require customs or clearance information from the recipient before a parcel can be delivered. In particular, Korea Customs requires the recipient's Personal Customs Clearance Code (개인통관고유부호) for every parcel entering South Korea; it is entered at checkout when you choose a South Korea delivery address and can be issued free at unipass.customs.go.kr. You are responsible for providing correct information that matches the recipient. If it is missing, incorrect or belongs to someone else, customs may hold the parcel until the carrier can reach you, and a parcel that cannot be cleared may be returned or disposed of. Comforthaus is not liable for delays, duties, taxes, storage fees, returns, disposal or loss caused by missing or incorrect customs information, and such cases are not eligible for a refund. Any cost to re-ship a returned parcel is borne by the customer.
