Shipping

Shipping cost

Free, worldwide, on every order. No minimum.

Production time

Nothing is printed until you order it. Each piece is produced individually, then handed to the carrier. Allow a few business days for production before dispatch; production time is in addition to the transit times below.

Delivery times

Orders are dispatched from our production partner's facilities in the United States or Asia, depending on the item and destination, and travel by air. Transit estimates after dispatch:

Destination Typical transit
United States 5–10 days
Canada 10–15 days
United Kingdom and Europe 10–15 days
Australia 10–15 days
Rest of world 15–30 days

These are estimates from recent routes, not guarantees. Carriers include USPS, FedEx, UPS, DHL and DPD, chosen by route. A small number of countries cannot be served; if yours is one of them, checkout will say so.

Tracking

Every order ships with a tracking number. You will get the link by email the moment your order is dispatched. If tracking has not updated within a few days of that email, contact us and we will look into it.

Duties and taxes

Shipping is free, but any import duties, VAT or customs fees charged by your country are the recipient's responsibility. They are not collected at checkout and, where they apply, are payable to the carrier or customs before delivery. Many countries have a duty-free threshold; for South Korea it is US$150 per order (US$200 when shipped from the United States), and orders above it may be charged duties and VAT.

Deliveries to South Korea

Korean customs requires the recipient's Personal Customs Clearance Code (개인통관고유부호, a 13-character code starting with P) for every parcel entering Korea. Enter it at checkout when you choose a South Korea delivery address. If you do not have one, it is issued free in about a minute at unipass.customs.go.kr.

Please check the code carefully before ordering. You are responsible for providing a correct code that matches the recipient. If it is missing, incorrect or belongs to someone else, customs will hold the parcel until the carrier can reach you, which delays delivery, and a parcel that cannot be cleared may be returned or disposed of by customs. We are not liable for delays, duties, storage fees, returns or loss caused by a missing or incorrect code, and these cases are not eligible for a refund. Any cost to re-ship a returned parcel is borne by the customer.

Address changes

Contact us straight after ordering if the address needs correcting. Once a piece is in production it cannot be redirected, and we cannot be responsible for delivery to an incorrect address.

Damaged in transit

If your parcel arrives damaged, photograph the packaging and the item before anything is discarded and contact us within 30 days of delivery. Claims are handled under our refund process, see Customer Care.

Something else

Returns, refunds, product variance and order changes are covered on the Customer Care page. Sizing is on the Size Guide.
